MOSCOW, February 25, 2004. (RIA Novosti) - Mikhail Kasyanov believes that his government has created the atmosphere of stability and creation in Russia over four years.
"We have formed a good foundation for Russia's progress," the ex-premier said.
According to him, living standards have improved but not cardinally. Life in Russia was quite different four-five years ago, Kasyanov said.
"Today people are sure of their tomorrow and the cabinet of ministers, which I was heading for four years, gave good results," the former Prime Minister concluded.
