MOSCOW, February 19, 2004. (RIA Novosti). The Trans Nafta company believes that the contract with Belarus on gas supplies will be signed on Thursday or Friday, Trans Nafta gas department head Denis Vinogradov said.
"We have good chances to sign the contract and it may be signed today or tomorrow," he noted.
The Russian company Gazprom had to stop gas supplies to Belarus and its transit via Belarussian territory because of unauthorized gas pumping by Bektransgaz.
