JYP Entertainment shocked fans of popular K-pop band Day6 with the news that all activities of the group will be temporarily suspended. According to the agency's official statement, some of the group's members complained of psychological anxiety and have taken specialist medical advice that sufficient rest and stability are necessary to fully recuperate. That lead to a decision to prioritise the mental health of the group's members and their recovery and to not promote their upcoming album 'The Book of Us: The Demon' Agency asked for support and love and to wait until the band is ready to be on stage again.
MyDays, fans of DAY6 are trending #We_wait_for_DAY6 and expressing worry and concern, while wondering who from the band needs help, as the agency gave no precise information.

Day6 сonsisted originally of six members - Sungjin, Jae, Young K, Wonpil, Dowoon and Junhyeok. The latter was a keyboardist and left the band in 2016 and terminated his contract with the group's label JYP Entertainment due to personal reasons. Members are usually involved in all the music-making process and are known to be more of a rock group than most K-pop groups.
