North Korea carrying out a ballistic missile launch is another provocation of Pyongyang, which Seoul condemns, a South Korean official said Tuesday.

GENEVA (Sputnik) – On Monday, media reported that North Korea fired four ballistic missiles, and three landed in Japan's exclusive economic zone.

Speaking at the Conference on Disarmament,  Ambassador Kim In-Chul of South Korea said that the launch was a yet another example of Pyongyang’s unpredictable nature, as well as a provocation.
