NHA TRANG (Sputnik) An elderly woman, a 43-year-old woman, a four-year-old boy and a 17-month-old child are among the victims, the VnExpress International news website reported.

Due to heavy downpours that started last week, much of the town's territory was flooded. As a result, six houses were completely destroyed on the town's outskirts and some neighboring houses were damaged, the media outlet said, citing officials.
