MOSCOW (Sputnik) – According to the newspaper, Thailand has sent the global police body a photograph of the man who is thought to have planted the bomb that went on to kill at least 20 people.
According to Thai National Police Chief Somyot Pumpanmuang, at least 10 people are believed to have been involved in planning the blast.
Earlier in the day, Australian federal police asked passengers traveling from Singapore to Sydney to assist in the investigation by submitting any photographs they may have taken of the Erawan Shrine.
Thai authorities have described the bombing as a terrorist attack targeting the country’s tourism industry, but no terrorist organization has claimed responsibility for the attack as yet.
