Thailand's Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha said the Thai authorities have identified the man suspected of planting a bomb which killed at least 21 people and wounded 125 more at a shrine in Bangkok on Monday.
"Today there is a suspect who appeared though not clearly, on CCTV; we are looking for this guy," Prayut Chan-o-cha told reporters.
Thai authorities believe the man belongs to an "anti-government group based in Thailand's northeast." Local media reported the existence of CCTV footage that shows the suspect leaving a rucksack at the Erawan Shrine shortly before the explosion.
