    Nepal Quake Death Toll Jumps to 6,204

    The death toll from last week's devastating earthquake in Nepal has increased to 6,204, according to the country's National Emergency Operations Center.

    Nepal's National Emergency Operations Center said that the death toll from last weekend's devastating earthquake has jumped to 6,204, according to media reports.

    The Center added that at least 13,932 more people were injured in the 7.8-magnitude quake that rocked Nepal last Saturday.

    Nepal's government continues to grapple with the aftermath of the disaster as the International Committee of the Red Cross reports "total devastation" in remote areas of the country which are located near the epicenter of the earthquake.
