Ten people were killed as a result of a car bomb explosion in a Somalia capital, BBC reports.
The blast has been reportedly followed by a heavy gunfight between police and unidentified attackers and another blast.
"A car bomb rammed into the gate of Sahafi Hotel…Fighters with machines guns are firing at us from the rooftop of the hotel," a police officer told Reuters.

The second explosion which took place around 6:30am local time, some 90 minutes after the first alleged bomb was detonated.
