On September 14-16, the Nangang Exhibition Center hosts the Taipei Aerospace & Defense Technology Exhibition (TADTE). The biennial event attracts a large number of companies from all over the world.
According to the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), which is holding the expo, more than 300 local and foreign enterprises are presenting their products at the event. Apart from weapons, the products range from measurement tools to space technology.
Guests and participants pay special attention to drones and low-earth orbit (LEO) satellites due to the increasing global demand for them after the pandemic and thanks to geopolitical shifts, TAITRA Chairman James C. F. Huang stated.
Corporations, research facilities, and state representatives from 10 countries, including the US, UK, and Germany take part in the expo, the chairman noted.
