Gazprom to Extend Lucrative Contracts on Gas Deliveries to Moldova for 3 Years

Moldovan Prime Minister Pavel Filip praised on Wednesday a decision by Russia's energy giant Gazprom to extend contracts on gas deliveries to Moldova on current conditions for three years, Moldovan Cabinet's press service said.

CHISINAU (Sputnik) — Following Filip's meeting with Gazprom's Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee Valery Golubev, the press service said:

"Filip highly appreciated the decision by Russia's Gazprom concern to extend contracts on natural gas deliveries to Moldova for three years, until 2019, on existing conditions, which will allow the country to buy fuel with price less than in 2016."
