The United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) and the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES) launched a special project ahead of the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio to discredit the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and to create a special agency above the IOC, Fancy Bears Hackers revealed Tuesday.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to the data uncovered by the hackers, the two agencies launched a project called "Olympian" to bring a lawsuit against the IOC and addressed a number of regional doping agencies who subsequently refused to participate in the plan.

The project is reportedly still underway and aims to undermine the IOC.
