The Bank of Russia said that the net capital outflow has gone down from $50.2 billion to $10.4 billion between January and October 2016.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Russia's net capital outflow has dropped from $50.2 billion to $10.4 billion in the period from January to October of 2016, according to preliminary data released by the Bank of Russia.

"The net outflow of private capital, according to our estimates, has decreased fivefold to $10.4bln," the Bank of Russia said in a statement.
