WASHINGTON (Sputnik) – US Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has an eight-point lead over Republican Donald Trump in the US state of Wisconsin, a new poll revealed Tuesday.
To the question “If the presidential election were held today, for whom would you vote?” 47 percent of respondents said Clinton while 39 percent said Trump, a summary of the St. Norbert College poll stated.
Three percent of those polled said they would vote for Green Party candidate Jill Stein while 1 percent favored Libertarian Gary Johnson.
The US presidential election is scheduled for November 8.
