MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Stockholm Skavsta Airport has been evacuated after traces of an explosive substance were found on a bag, Sweden's Aftonbladet reported Sunday.
"The bomb squad has been called to investigate the case," police officer Roland Lindkvist told the newspaper.
According to local media, the passenger owning the bag is an elderly woman.
The departure hall and the baggage reclaim area have been cordoned off. Incoming flights will still be able to land, police said.
The bomb squad is currently on the way from Stockholm to investigate the bag. Skavsta is located around 100 km (62 miles) southwest of the capital.
