MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The newspaper cited DSB saying it expected rail traffic between Germany and Sweden to return to its normal schedule. A busy ferry crossing is expected to remain closed to trains.
On Wednesday, DSB said it was not possible to travel between two countries by train due to border passport controls.
Refugees from the Middle East and North Africa use Denmark as a gateway to Sweden, which they believe has better conditions for the admission of refugees.
At the same time, Denmark has tightened its immigration laws, including cutting social benefits by some 50 percent.
According to the EU border agency Frontex, a record number of over 340,000 migrants, many fleeing war in their home countries, arrived at EU borders between January and July 2015.
