The video was captured from a resident's front yard, as hail and rainwater continue to pour over the area. According to FoxCT, the flooding occurred in Denver, Manitou Springs, where hail was so heavy that it began piling up on the side of the street.
Two vehicles, back to back, can be seen being swept away by the stream.
