The legacy of political steadfastness and deadlock discussions between the Greek government and the Troika are fast becoming visible on the streets of Greece.

Thousands of people are gathering on Syntagma Square in Athens to protest against further austerity measures ahead of the referendum. Experts suggest that there are many other southern Eurozone economies which would most likely follow Greece's example, warning that such a domino effect could be dramatic for the EU.
