MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Earlier on Saturday, four bags with explosives were discovered around the police department after several gunmen repeatedly shot at the headquarters building.
"As the Explosive Ordinance Robot attempted to move one of the bags @DallasPD HQ, the bag exploded on its own #DallasPDShooting," Geron wrote on his Twitter.

No injured among policemen or civilians have been reported yet.
A special weapons and tactics team is currently negotiating with the suspects south of the city. The US Federal Bureau of Investigations joined the police on the site of the incident.
