MOSCOW, December 26 (Sputnik) - Pakistani military forces killed a leading Taliban commander, considered a major organizer of the Peshawar school attack, according to IBN Live.
"Saddam had been killed in the Gundi area of Jamrud by the security forces in an operation yesterday," Peshawar Political Agent of Khyber Agency Shahab Ali Shah said, adding that one of Saddam’s associates was seized alive.
Saddam was a member of Tehrik-i-Taliban, an Islamist militant organization, based near the border with Afghanistan and designed to resist against the Pakistani state. Saddam was reported to have initiated and organized the Peshawar school massacre.
Previously, pictures of the militants responsible for the cruel attack were released online. The photos depict six or seven men in front of a white flag, holding weapons.

The Peshawar school attack claimed lives of about 160 people, most of them children. Shortly after the attack had happened, the Pakistani government reinstated the death penalty and said that 500 militants in detention would be executed in the coming weeks.
