A modeling agency has been ordered to pay €65,000 to the winner of the television show Holland's Next Top Model after dumping her because she was 'too fat,' DutchNews reported.

Ananda Marchildon, who won the show in 2008, told a court in Amsterdam she had only received a fraction of the €75,000 prize the agency, Elite, withheld after claiming she had not lost enough weight.

Despite diet and exercise her hips were 94 cm to 98 cm wide, rather than the required 90 cm.

The Amsterdam district court ruled that Marchildon should receive €65,000 to the rest of the three-year contract she was awarded, of which she only received €10,000 before she was dropped.

"Elite had no right to demand Marchildon reach a hip size of 90 cm," the court ruled.
