The United States Eagles beat Russia 32-25 in a match for fifth place in the Churchill Cup rugby tournament on Saturday in Worcester, England.
Russia scored three tries in the match.
The result is Russia’s third loss in a row in the tournament, in which second tier rugby nations compete. Russia also went down to Italy and Canada.
The tour is part of the preparation for Russia’s first ever participation in the rugby world cup later this year in New Zealand.
