Russian skiers take Olympic bronze in men's cross-country team sprint

Russian skiers Nikolay Morilov and Alexey Petukhov won the bronze medal in the men's cross-country team sprint at the Vancouver Olympic Games on Monday.

Russian skiers Nikolay Morilov and Alexey Petukhov won the bronze medal in the men's cross-country team sprint at the Vancouver Olympic Games on Monday.

The Russians were 1.5 seconds behind Norway, whose skiers Petter Northug and Oeystein Pettersen took the gold medal with a time of 19 minutes 1 second.

Silver went to Axel Teichmann and Tim Tscharnke of Germany that lost 1.3 seconds to the winner.

Russia now has 10 medals (two golds, three silvers and five bronzes) at the 2010 Winter Olympics.
