MOSCOW, January 26 (RIA Novosti) - The seventh Marriott International hotel, the Renaissance Moscow Monarch Center, will open in Moscow in 2009, the company said in a press release on Monday.
"The company will be managed by Interstate Management Services, Inc., a branch of Interstate Hotels&Resorts, Inc., which currently manages three Marriott hotels in Moscow," the statement read.
The hotel will have 366 rooms, including standard rooms, suites and luxury apartments, as well as a fitness and a spa center, a banquet hall and conference facilities.
Marriott International has about 3,100 properties located in the United States and 67 other countries and territories.
It also operates and franchises hotels under such brands as The Ritz-Carlton.
