MOSCOW, July 10 (RIA Novosti) - Gazprombank, a subsidiary of Russian natural gas giant Gazprom [RTS: GAZP], said Monday its net profit calculated to International Financial Reporting Standards rose 36% year-on-year in 2005 to $533 million.
Gazprombank, Russia's third largest bank in terms of assets, said its net interest-yielding revenue had grown 137% to $281 million against $119 million in 2004 and non-interest revenue had risen 56% to $1.25 billion.
The bank's shareholder equity stood at 52.6 billion rubles (about $1.9 billion) and its assets totaled 480.7 billion rubles (about $17.8 billion) as of June 1, 2006.
