MOSCOW, January 14 (RIA Novosti) - Russian tennis player Igor Andreyev was defeated in the final of the Sydney International Saturday.
American James Blake, who defeated another Russian, Nikolai Davydenko, in the semifinal, beat Andreyev 6-2 3-6 7-6, becoming a major contender for next week's Australian Open.
