MOSCOW, December 25 (RIA Novosti) - Moscow launched the construction of a 73-storey tower of the two-tower multifunctional complex in the Russian Business Center, Moscow City, the Moscow government said on its Web site Sunday.
Attending the Moskva Tower foundation ceremony, Moscow deputy mayor Iosif Ordzhonikidze expressed hope that the City of Capitals multifunctional complex in the Moscow International Business Center would be an important link in the development of Moscow's business area.
The construction of the second 62-storey St. Petersburg Tower will begin in two weeks and will follow the technologies of the Moskva Tower.
The construction of the Moskva and St. Petersburg Towers is expected to be completed by the end of 2007.
