MOSCOW, November 24 (RIA Novosti) - The Federal Service for Financial Markets registered the first issue of documentary interest-bearing, non-convertible bearer bonds for Russneft, to be placed by open subscription and worth 7 billion rubles ($244 million), the service said in a statement Thursday.
Russneft is one of Russia's largest oil and gas companies and comprises 25 producing, processing and transporting enterprises.
