MISSION CONTROL (Moscow region), November 7 (RIA Novosti) - A planned spacewalk out of the International Space Station by two astronauts has been delayed for an hour following a Russian astronaut's failure to open an emergency valve, a source at Mission Control near Moscow said Monday.

The source said Valery Tokarev, who is to make a spacewalk for the first time, could not immediately locate the emergency pressure equalization valve inside the Quest lock chamber, with the result that the airlocking process now has to be repeated.
