MOSCOW, June 24 (RIA Novosti) - The state has acquired 10.74% of the shares in the Gazprom natural gas monopoly, Dmitry Medvedev, the chairman of the Gazprom Board of Directors, said at an annual shareholders' meeting today.
The state has thereby acquired the controlling share block in the company.
