MOSCOW, December 30 (RIA Novosti) - The Gasprom and the Beltransgas have signed a contract for Russian natural gas exports to Belarus and transits via it, says a Gasprom press release.

Next year's exports to Belarus will make 19.1 billion cubic metres at $46.68 a thousand cu m. The contract envisages extra supplies, up to 1.4 billion cubic metres, if the pipeline network copes.

Transit tariffs have been established at $0.75 a thousand cubic metres for the Beltransgas network, and $0.46 for the Yamal-Europe mainline.

Alexander Ryazanov, Gasprom Board Deputy Chair, and Dmitri Kazakov, Beltransgas Director General, signed the contract on the Gasprom central premises today.

The two companies signed the outgoing year's similar contract, June 8, for 10.2 billion cubic metres at $46.68 a thousand cu m. Transit tariffs were $0.75 a thousand cubic metres for the Beltransgas network, and $0.46 for the Yamal-Europe mainline.

Independent companies Trans Nafta, Itera and SIBUR were responsible for Russian gas exports to Belarus before the contract was signed.
