The president also ordered that state-owned Rosneft's 100%-stake be transferred to Rosneftegaz' authorized capital.
A source in the presidential administration told RIA Novosti earlier that two independent appraisers are assessing the assets of merging Gazprom and Rosneft. The appraisal is to be finished in December.
However, the interlocutor refused to answer the question of the timeframe for the merging.
Asked whose appraisal will be paramount, the source replied that decision will be made on the basis of common appraisal.
The source added that the deal will involve the Tekhnoexport federal state unitary enterprise and the Gazpromneft joint-stock company. The latter was set up to consolidate Gazprom's oil assets," the source specified.
