MOSCOW, March 22, 2004. (RIA Novosti). The Russian Economic Development and Trade Ministry, the Finance Ministry, the Central Bank and profile ministries have submitted to the Russian government the main parameters of Russia's economic development for 2004 and the next three years, Economic Development and Trade Minister German Gref said at the traditional meeting held by the Russian President.
"If the government approves them, these parameters will turn into forecasts to be adopted by the government in May. The main budget parameters will be formed on this basis," Gref noted.
According to Vladimir Putin, this week the government is to discuss medium-term plans of economic development.
