Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov Delivers Speech at Conference on EU-Russia Ties

The Russia-EU relations conference was organised by the Portuguese Embassy in Moscow, the EU delegation to Russia, and the Russian council on international relations.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov gives a speech at the opening ceremony of a conference on Russia-EU relations in Moscow.

Sergei Lavrov will discuss with partners the prospects for relations between Moscow and the European Union. As part of the conference, Lavrov also intends to hold talks with the Portuguese Foreign Minister and the EU Ambassador to Moscow.

Portugal has held the chairmanship of the EU Council since January 2021.
