Mexico expects a reduction of 100,000 barrels in six months’ time, according to the nation’s Energy Minister Pedro Joaquin Coldwell.

VIENNA (Sputnik) — Mexico plans to reduce oil production by 100,000 barrels per day over the next six months, the nation’s Energy Minister Pedro Joaquin Coldwell said Saturday.

"We expect a reduction of 100,000 barrels in six months’ time," Coldwell told reporters after a historic meeting of OPEC and non-OPEC producing countries in Vienna, Austria.
