MOSCOW (Sputnik) – On Thursday, UK voters chose to leave the European Union in a referendum. The results triggered a host of emergency consultations between EU member states ahead of the Tuesday's European Council meeting, where Brexit will be the main issue.
Mitov had planned to arrive to Yerevan on Monday, where meetings with Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, Parliament Speaker Galust Sahakyan and Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian were set to take place.
The last visit by a Bulgarian foreign minister to Armenia took place in 2013.
