MOSCOW (Sputnik) — UK Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond has welcomed Iran's removal of enriched uranium stockpile, he said in a statement Tuesday.
"Welcome Iran's latest step to meet nuclear deal commitment to ship out uranium stockpile. Shows solid progress towards full implementation," Hammond said on Twitter.

On Tuesday, a ship with Iran's low-enriched uranium materials left for Russia under the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action accepted on July 14 in Vienna.
On July 14, Iran and the P5+1 group of mediators — Russia, the United States, China, France and the United Kingdom plus Germany — reached an agreement on ensuring a peaceful nature of Tehran’s nuclear program in exchange for sanctions relief.
