Sides of the talks in Minsk have already considered almost all the provisions of the final memorandum, only one provision is still under dispute, Aleksei Karyakin, the chairman of the Supreme Council of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic, told RIA Novosti early Saturday morning.

MOSCOW, September 20 (RIA Novosti) - Sides of the talks in Minsk have already considered almost all the provisions of the final memorandum, only one provision is still under dispute, Aleksei Karyakin, the chairman of the Supreme Council of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic, told RIA Novosti early Saturday morning.

"All, but we are disputing about one," Karyakin replied, asked about the amount of provisions that have already been reviewed.

Source at the talks has informed RIA Novosti that the provision, concerning the withdrawal of forces of the warring parties in the Donetsk Basin is still under discussion.

The Contact Group on the Ukrainian crisis began a new round of talks in Belorussian capital, Minsk, on Friday. The Contact Group comprises officials from Russia, Ukraine, the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People's republics and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).

The agenda of the talks focuses on the discussion of a document that will regulate the implementation of a ceasefire agreement between Kiev and independence supporters in eastern Ukraine, reached on September 5.

The meeting of the group on September 5 resulted in a fragile ceasefire between Kiev and independence supporters in eastern Ukraine.

The five-months conflict has already killed over 3,000 people and wrecked havoc on Ukraine's economy, also leading to the biggest confrontation between Russia and the West since the Cold War.
