CAIRO, October 21 (RIA Novosti) - Heavy storms and flash floods continue to wreck havoc in southern Morocco, with the death toll from the most powerful storms to hit the region in decades at 21 since mid-October, local officials said on Tuesday.
At least seven people were killed on Monday as a number of villages were flooded.
