    Life for the visually impaired can be challenging, as they cannot use public transport like most others, or move heavy items. Their problems, however, could be eased due to a new invention.

    German inventor Matthias Fuchs has created a brand new electric vehicle in order to help people with poor vision, just like himself. According to Fuchs, the e-car he constructed will allow partially blind or blind people to be more independent and active.
