17:00 GMT 08.11.2017 (Updated: 11:46 GMT 10.12.2022) About 30 iron monsters, made by enthusiastic engineers from Russia, the UK, the Netherlands and the US, all set to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat by any means, met face to face at the Yubileiny sports arena during the Bronebot international battle of robots that took place in the Russian city.
The championship battles, inspired by the international show "Robot Wars," were divided in two weight categories: middle (50 kilograms) and heavy (100 kilograms).
