To treat bodily pain, Cuban farmer Julio Casanas uses an unusual natural remedy. Every 15 or 20 days, according to when the pain occurs, the man just puts a scorpion where it hurts and allows it to sting him.

In traditional medicines, scorpion venom has been used as an analgesic for thousands of years. As for Casanas, he discovered this natural treatment by chance, when a scorpion accidentally stung him once and reduced the pain in his body.
