Russian Servicemen Take on Battle-Themed Obstacle Course

Russian military psychologists have created a new psychological approach for helping servicemen adapt to complex combat conditions and crisis situations.

A single approach to the organization of psychological training of combat units will increase the moral and psychological stability of personnel in stressful situations when performing educational and combat tasks, as well as overcome fears associated with taking on the enemy. The participants went through the psychological obstacle course, which included the assault of multi-storey buildings and crossing wired fences, blockages and burning ditches.
