MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said Tuesday that the involvement of minors in unauthorized rallies is a crime.
"The character you are talking about [opposition figure Alexey Navalny] openly says: all are bad people, elect me the president… For this he pulls people to the streets, and very often minors, which, in my opinion, is actually a crime," Medvedev said.
