SEVASTOPOL (Sputnik) – Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu arrived in Crimea on Thursday as part of his working visit to Russia’s Southern Military District, ministry's spokesman Maj. Gen. Igor Konashenkov said.
"During his one-day visit, the head of the military ministry will hear the Southern Military District’s and the Black Sea Fleet’s command on implementation of plans of construction of military infrastructure objects," Konashenkov told reporters.
