MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Russia can respond to any terrorist threat, Ramzan Kadyrov, head of the Chechen Republic, said Tuesday, warning those plotting aggression to abandon such plans.
"I would like to remind you that you had better not play games with Russia. There's no point. We are experienced in fighting the most dangerous evil and capable of responding to any threat," Kadyrov said as he spoke at the opening of the seventh international conference of senior security officials in Grozny.
The annual two-day conference will deal with anti-extremism and anti-terrorism policies, migration challenges and information security. More than 60 delegations are attending the event.
