    Over 1,500 Russian Soldiers Begin Drone Training Exercises in S Ossetia

    Military personnel will train in reconnaissance missions and firing coordination against conditional enemies using the drone, Russian Defense Ministry announced.

    MOSCOW (Sputnik) – More than 1,500 Russian military personnel have begun training exercises with drones in the former Georgian republic of South Ossetia, the Russian Defense Ministry’s Southern Military District’s press service announced Wednesday.

    “More than 1,500 Russian servicemen have begun field training with drones at the Dzartsemi Range at a Russian Southern Military District base in South Ossetia,” the press service said.
