Live Report: Putin’s Annual Big Press Conference
MOSCOW, December 18 (Sputnik) – Relatives of terrorists are usually aware of their plans but this does not give anyone, including the Chechen leader, the right for extrajudicial executions, Russian President Vladimir Putin said Thursday.

“All that was said by Kadyrov in relation to the terrorists’ families, their homes, expulsion from the Republic and so on… You know, I have no other reason but the following – in Russia everyone should comply with the existing laws and no one should be considered guilty unless the court rules so,” Putin said commenting on the recent statements by Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov.

“Judging from the work of anti-terror agencies, as a rule, and I don’t mean that this happens all the time, relatives of the people who carry out terror acts are aware of their actions… But this does not give the right to anyone, including the Chechen leader, for any extrajudicial executions,” Putin said at a press conference.
