Russia can no longer support future sanctions against Iran, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said in London on Tuesday.
Sanctions imposed on the Islamic Republic over its controversial nuclear program undermine cooperation within the Iran Six and UN Security Council aimed at settling the issue, Lavrov said.
The UN Security Council imposed a fourth round of sanctions on Iran in June, 2010.
