    Spanish incumbent Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy struggles to secure support to form a government and Hondurans protest over President Hernandez's changes to electoral law which allow him to stand for re-election.

    Today’s main stories: Mariano Rajoy has just days to secure support to form a government in Spain or the country could be facing its third General Election in just one year. We speak to Professor of Politics at Leeds University, Duncan Wheeler.

    Protesters gathered in the Honduran capital, Tegucigalpa, this weekend to protest against constitutional changes implemented by President Juan Orlando Hernandez to allow him to stand for re-election.
